Delivery Information and times

All items will be shipped in one to two business days once payment is received. 

Please allow 3-6 working days for shipping in Australia and 10-25 working days for international.

You will receive a tracking number to track your parcel, please check this via Auspost.com.au . You should be able to enter the tracking number into your national postal services tracking section as well. If this doesn't work please contact your national postal service and give them the tracking number.


International shipping

After the 25 working days if your item has not arrived there are some things you can do. First you should contact your local post office and give them your tracking number to check where the item is. A lot of the time the item has been delivered and you weren't home so the item sits at the post office waiting for you.

You must collect it as soon as possible because it will be returned to us and you'll have to pay another shipping charge for us to ship it back to you, so please make sure to check your post office first.


If your item is lost, we will open a lost item claim with our postal service, they will do an investigation and find the lost item asap. If the item can't be found then they will refund us and well will send out a new one for you.

Note that orders are shipped and delivered only on business days. Delivery estimates do not include weekends or public holidays.


Delivery Expectations

Depending on the types of items you purchase, the order processing time may vary especially with large orders.

In order to offer you the lowest shipping rates, we combine items in one shipment.


Packaging

The quality of your shipment is our priority. All our posters are packaged in tough mailing tubes. These are the best for shipping as they are the hardest to crush and bend. Making sure your item arrives in perfect condition.


Damage/Returns

If your item is damaged in transit you can make a claim against your national postal service. Make sure to take a photo of the damage, then take the item, parcel and your receipt to the post office and fill out a damage report. They must refund you. If you can't do that, we might be able to file a claim for you.
